Charlotte Smith is a pioneering marketing and mindset coach who has transformed the lives of over 10,000 farmers across 13 countries since 2013, helping them build profitable farms while living calm, balanced lives.

As a fifth-generation farmer, Charlotte experienced devastating loss when her family's commodity farm went bankrupt when she was a teenager, leaving them owing money throughout their small town. This trauma led her to run fast from farming and pursue a corporate career at a Fortune 500 company.

Well, corporate life is not all it’s cracked up to be, and Charlotte's heart remained on the farm. She returned to farming in 2009—but with a revolutionary approach. Combining her business marketing expertise with direct-to-consumer strategies, she achieved immediate success, selling out her dairy products before bringing home her first cow and creating a customer waitlist.

Recognizing that 98% of farms go out of business within five years, Charlotte began teaching farmers marketing skills in 2013. She later became certified as a mindset coach, realizing many farmers had the right information but lacked confidence due to self-doubt and overwhelm.

Charlotte's year-long coaching program, "Farm Marketing Mastery," teaches farmers to market effectively, charge premium prices, manage stress, and create work-life balance. Her clients, farmers of all types and sizes, learn to make money in a field where most people think it’s impossible.

In 2016, she was named one of the "Top 25 Most Influential Women in Food and Agriculture" by Food Tank. She hosts the weekly "Profitable Mindset" podcast and authored "Farm Marketing from the Heart."
